Research On The Disaster Prevention And Mitigation Design Of Historic District

As an important witness of social evolution, Historic district has rich researchvalue at the same time of continuing production and living.It’s precious heritage.Since1933, the Athens charter, historical block protection related work began to graduallyexpand, and update on historical building protection, block, cultural heritage has madegreat progress. However, in recent years, frequent disasters caused serious damage tohistoric blocks, and continued with a heavy blow to the development of historical block.At this stage of historical block problem of disaster prevention and mitigation researchmainly focused on the macro management level and micro building protection level andpartial security research, the lack of historical block of disaster prevention andmitigation system overall design thinking. In this background, this paper is to design ofdisaster prevention and mitigation of the historic district as the research object, throughto the historical block the construction of risk assessment system and the correspondingdesign strategy to follow, for disaster prevention and mitigation of the historic district toprovide appropriate and effective design thinking.This paper detailed the research contents include the following parts:The first chapter is part of the question, the main research background, researchobject and content, research purpose and significance, research status, research methodsand technical route for general idea.The second chapter is analysis of part of the problem. The concept of relevantanalytic, namely the research content in the design of disaster prevention and mitigationof a historic district for specific limits; Secondly has carried on the related theory ofinterpretation, in disaster prevention and mitigation related theory as the theoreticalbasis of this paper. System finally sums up the causes of historical block disaster typesand specific disasters, in order to further research later.The third and fourth chapter into the core of the thesis research level, is the part tosolve the problem. First has carried on the risk assessment system construction, thesecond for specific types of disaster accordingly to avoid design, finally make aevaluation on the effect of the design after renovation of historical value judgment andthe implementation of the corresponding security advice.The fifth chapter is the theory with practice. In combination with the actual projecton disaster prevention and mitigation design of Ayidun historic district,in Yining,Xinjiang, the above theory can be further inspection.The last part is the conclusion of the full text and the prospect of the futurehistorical block disaster prevention and mitigation design.
