Development of China’s economy and the construction industry are very fast in hot summer and cold winter areas,and the resulting construction-related energy consumption accounted for nearly one-third of the total energy consumption of goods.The energy consumption per unit area in the large-scale public building is much higher than that in the residential building,energy waste and energy consumption resulting high prominent,and is the focus of future building energy efficiency.In this paper,a typical hot summer and cold winter area cities-Chengdu as an example of the region’s office building energy simulation of the climate research.Through the base building energy design and analysis of relevant standards and the extensive literature on the establishment of a typical office building energy analysis model in line with the level of the region. With the characteristic of hot summer and cold winter region,eighteen factors was put forward,as the paper’s affecting factors,These factors are:(1)Building Orientation;(2)Window to Wall Area Ratio;(3)Overall shading coefficient of window;(4)The heat transfer coefficient of external window;(5)The thickness of the insulation material;(6) The per capita floor area;(7)Lighting power density;(8) Device power density;(9) Fresh air index;(10) The indoor temperature;(11)The COP of water chilling unit;(12)Chiller configuration;(13)pump efficiency;(14)Chilled water supply temperature;(15)Cooling water inlet temperature;(16)Air conditioning fan fan static pressure;(17)fan efficiency:(18)Air conditioning system.Useing of energy values of different factors analysis in eQUEST software to calculate the various factors that influence the size and extent of the impact on building energy consumption,with local characteristics make appropriate energy-saving technologies.followed by the use of life-cycle cost method18factors cycle cost analysis,The conclusion that the impact of the size of these sort of factors,pointed out that the focus of building energy efficiency,provides a reference for building energy design work.While the characteristics of the current building energy efficiency incentives,combined with relevant information Suggestions put forward their own,can provide reference for building energy-related work.
