| In this paper, a safe system with double output function for ammunition fuze is studied, its double action functions of flame spreading and propagation of explosion meet the requirements of ammunition service handle, launch and trajectory safety control, the functions of Timing ignition and open chamber and timing detonation have been realized, which improved the high efficient lethal and destruction capabilities of multipurpose ammunition, make the medium large caliber direct fire gun with various operational capabilities such as anti-personal, anti-aircraft, anti-light armor, anti-technique weapon and anti-earthwork and so on, enhanced the operational effectiveness of direct firing gun by a large margin, therefore the operation requirements such as rapid, accuracy, multiple function and high efficiency have been realized.The paper mainly discussed the technique solution, composition and structure and work procedure of the double output safe system; dynamics mathematic model is built; dynamics and kinematics simulation and feasibility analysis for the safe system have been processed, then the effectiveness of the simulation method has been verified. Finally, trial-manufacture of the prototype has been done, while proof test in laboratory and range dynamic test have also been conducted.The individual item experiment result in range system test showed the effectiveness of the safe system scheme, and the safe system meet all the technical specification. The design scheme is satisfied the urgent demands of medium large caliber grenade for the functions of flame spreading and propagation of explosion in a single fuze. |
