Along with the development of economy, the standard of people’s requirement of building function variety are increasing, the requirements of housing function increasingly diversified, and large-span structures with the advantages of more open field of vision, more the use space and more flexible arrangement to become the important content of construction.In recent years, concrete hollow floor, which is suitable for the large span and high headroom structure, are applied in a growing number of construction.There are two types of concrete hollow floor, one is cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor, and another is built by cast-in-situ and fabricated construction. Assembly box concrete hollow floor is made up of prefabricated concrete hollow floor and cast-in-place rib beam.Assembly box is made of roof, floor and sidewalls which are made by hard materials. The adjacent assembly box is connected by the cast-in-place stiffen rib beams. The parts of assembly box are linked through steel is embedded in advance. It is an important measure to promote development of construction industry through using assembly box concrete hollow floor in the large span structure.This paper examines the ultimate behavior of prestressed composite beams by plastic analysis method by using ANSYS software package, this paper has done the nonlinear finite element analysis on the performance of assembly box concrete hollow floor and integrating the real engineering project.The result shows that overall mechanical behavior of the assembly box concrete hollow floor is very well, and the assembly box concrete hollow floor can bear a greater load. Based on the results of the nonlinear finite element analysis of the assembly box concrete hollow floor, optimization scheme has been proposed.And the results shows that thin slab the assembly box concrete hollow floor contribute to the stiffness of structure, and part of thin slab the assembly box concrete hollow floor can be removed to light self-weight.The result indicate that the bottom floor can be remove.The paper has conducted an empirical study on the assembly box concrete hollow floor of practical engineering which six different height (0.65m%1.2m、1.4m、1.5m、1.6m、1.7m) and three kind of span (15m×8.4m、27.6m×8.4m、31.2m×8.4m). The issue of how to guarantee the quantity in engineering is critical for the structure type is the first used in practical engineering in the region.Based on the analysis of basic structure the assembly box concrete hollow floor, the construction process flows and construction method, some points for quality control for this type of construction are specially addressed.The application research of assembling box concrete hollow floor, the exploration of mechanical principle and the construction technology in this paper has a certain guiding significance to further promote the structure.
