| The grid voltage control and reactive power optimization is the effective measures to improve the voltage qualification rate, decrease network loss, and improve the safe and economic operation of power grid. With the aid of the dispatching automation system, reactive power and voltage automatic control system(AVC) of the power grid can control transformer on-load tap-changers and the cutting of the reactive power compensation equipment, which can realizes the centralized optimal automatic control of reactive power and voltage. Therefore, the construction of the AVC system and into application early has important engineering significance.Relying on the AVC system of Chengnan power grid of Tianjin, this paper elaborates and analyzes the specific implementation process, the engineering construction and application of AVC system.Firstly, on the basis of the introduction of the basic principle of the conventional adjustment means to adjust the reactive power and voltage, the voltage quality control (VQC) device based on the control principle of the nine area chart in the substation is introduced and the present situations of the VQC device in Chengnan power grid are pointed out.Secondly, the principle of the AVC system to realize reactive power and voltage optimal control is elaborated and its control objectives and ranges; then the control and security strategies of the AVC system are optimized to adjust combined with the actual regional power grid.Thirdly, the mathematical model of the AVC system to realize the reactive power and voltage optimization is set up and its objective function and constraint conditions and calculation process; then from the view of practical application, the fast algorithms and solution strategies of mathematical model of reactive power voltage optimal control are given.Finally, with the operating conditions of the AVC system of Chengnan power grid, the main functions of the software that the AVC system realizes are introduced and the practical application effect and the existing problems of the AVC system are analyzed; And the calculation of the simulation example illustrates that the AVC system can make reactive power and voltage of the regional power grid optimal compared with VQC device. |
