| Along with Chinese economy development, the power, as the power foundation of supporting economic development, no doubt, needs to deal with this challenge and to adapt to this change, which means the power services need to be more professional, quality service needs to more stability and excellent, so the electric power industry needs to meet the demands. Electric energy produced by the power plant will be delivered to power grid by substation and then to the demand area. Then according to the target appliances we adjust the voltage level. Obviously power transmission and substation are prerequisite for power. Thus, for personnel of power transmission and substation, training is necessary.In this paper, based on the training mode of field work, the paper proposes a field-oriented training system. Based on the analysis of characteristics of the power operation system and relevant theories, the design idea and module system are presented. In order to perfect the system continuously from the angle of development, the training effect evaluation model is established, which will make sure training system brings staff many benefits really.Transmission operation system which underlines the interdependence among elements, emphasis on the process of operation is learning, dynamic and of specification, which puts forward the basic requirements for the design of training system. Then, analysis of the literature and the previous training system data, the three module, training management subsystem, knowledge subsystem and the sub system, are presented, and we introduce the WBS diagram. Then in accordance with five aspects, the transmission operation, an equipment maintenance, test, power transmission equipment inspection, live working on transmission line, we make integration of the content and skill of them in accordance with the relevant regulations.The framework and content of system have been established.Training system is designed for staff skills and training, in order to improve and perfect the system, we need a scientific and effective evaluation of training effect of the system. This article introduces the fuzzy mathematics and AHP(analytic hierarchy process), and constructs the evaluation index system of training effect of field operation training system, the scientific evaluation of training effect will be finished with the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation results.through the improvement and perfection of the system, we promote the development of the system. |
