With the continuous development of human society, economy and technology, the power system becomes more and more outstanding in our usual life and work. Safe, reliable and high efficiency are the basic requirements which asked by customers for the power supply departments. In order to meet the requirements, the county power supply enterprise made great progress in Informatization and automation which includes:dispatching automation system, power meter reading system, load control system, monitoring system of distribution transformer, power quality monitoring system (voltage) in distribution network system. These systems of independent operation belong to different business. Because of different design target and operation, system data cannot be connected. This fact due to information island、 complex interface、data storage redundancy and waste many of people, money and material. Based on the real-time database in the low-voltage distribution network unified supervisory control and data acquisition system, conforms with information, automation, interactive characterized by strong smart grid development strategy of China State Grid Corp. Distribution network information unified data acquisition system of distribution network information unified collection, unified storage and unity based, breaking the original "respective camps" situation, the entire distribution network system as the object, all the data needed to power supply enterprise, are interested in a unified standard, storage, integration, establishing the real-time and quasi real-time data warehouse, as the source of all power business management system based on the data only authoritative, reliable, through the integration of interactive bus as the interface, provide standard data for various business content source and information support, to meet the power supply enterprise to grid monitoring, production management, marketing management on data accuracy, integrity, consistency and safety requirements. It is important to application the unified data acquisition system for the construction of intelligent distribution network and the data provides strong support for the monitoring and management of intelligent distribution area.
