With the development of economy and society, traffic problems have becomeincreasingly serious as the urban vehicle’s quantity is continuously increasing. How tosolve traffic problems of urban has become an important subject of urban development.People also realized it is one of the important means to improve the urban trafficproblems for development of urban public transportation at the same time increaseconstruction planning and management of urban traffic. With advanced informationtechnology effectively applied to urban transportation system, intelligent transportationsystems (ITS) is based on application of traffic information as form part of it andfunction implementations. Intelligent public transport is one of the most importantsubsystem of ITS, therefore, it is the guarantee of intelligent bus run efficiently andimprove the public transport service level and the foundation of the enterprisemanagement benefit to complete intelligent public transport information collection,processing and application.In this paper, starting from the implementation technology of intelligent publictransport information collection, first of all, the current use of intelligent publictransport information acquisition technology and characteristics are analyzed, theintelligent public transport system of operation, not only needs the informationprovided by the information acquisition subsystem, also must implement related to businformation was obtained from the other information subsystem. The existingintelligent transport system of each subsystem of informatization is in different time,different business requirements and development, the language, database system,communication protocols, operating systems and software architecture is different, leadto business requests between different platforms is difficult to realize the call,information cannot be Shared, form the information island, will be a lot of useful businformation locked in a serials of subsystem. In order to solve this problem, the SOAheterogeneous information system integration based on Web services, it willencapsulate information subsystem of business functions, divided into granularity ofdifferent services, calls to business functions into the service invocation, realizing theinformation sharing between each subsystem of informatization.It must obtain the valuable information hidden behind a large number of the original information In order to realize intelligent public transport system managementof public transport vehicles. It needs to get the bus information for further processing,such as information fusion, data mining and prediction, etc. It can meet the demand oftravelers and vehicle real-time scheduling for real-time traffic and bus travel timeprediction. The current traffic access to essential is to rely on artificial investigation,inefficient, collecting the information of single; People use the length and averagevelocity ratio for all the way to obtain bus travel time, but it is not comprehensive, leadto error value. To solve these problems. It can improve vehicle travel time predictionby the forecasting model is based on the volume of bus IC card and RBF neuralnetwork. It can obtain more comprehensive passenger information through to the ICcard information acquisition and analysis. It get higher accuracy of predicted results byusing RBF neural network to predict traffic. Vehicle travel time prediction model canuse the passenger volume forecast. Finally, service system is unable to providedecision-making information based on the current intelligent service mode, soexploratory intelligent bus information service system. It is established the informationservice system based on combine neural network and expert system. It can givedecision-making information to travelers with feedback learning in the nervous systemand expert system to be able to give optimal solution jointly handle reasoning mode.
