With the acceleration of population growth and rapid urbanization, destruction of urbanwater, wetlands and other natural environment seriously, coupled with inadequate urbanplanning and design is unreasonable and municipal drainage facilities, with varying degreesof rainwater in the rain disaster. Beijing city is a serious water shortage, low rainfall andseasonal distribution is very uneven, hardened area of the city continued to expand, resultingin a huge loss of precious rain, drought problem is very prominent. It is understood that morethan80%annually Beijing rainfall concentrated in summer flood season, the use of rainwaterfor funding, can effectively alleviate the water shortage in Beijing.Rain garden is an effective measure to address urban stormwater and rainwater disasterscombined with landscape design. It temporarily stranded in the rain, effectively reduce stormwater runoff, reduce urban stormwater disasters. It is an eco-stranded source of urbanstormwater treatment facilities, major depression is a manifestation of the landscape greenlandscape.
