In the general a mining heavy dump truck with poor road conditions orconditions in large construction site of a class. Due to the volume of heavydumper is bigger; its carrying capacity is also higher. Heavy dump truck willfrom the road surface random vibration by long-term running on the randomroad, the key components will produce fatigue failure, critical components ofheavy truck is the main frame; its service life is completely heavy dump truckservice life decisions.First of all, vehicle frame and push-rod model were built in finite elementsoftware ANSYS, and through the connection between different units for eachmodel. Simulations were performed for two different conditions of heavymining truck suspension.One is the combination of rod and beam structure, theother is the actual steel spring model. The former meshing is used when the rodand beam elements divided suspension grid, the latter unit is used for meshing.The second is completed in established on the basis of the finite element modelof dump truck, research the stress of heavy dump truck under bendingconditions. it also analyzes the vibration modal of dump truck frameļ¼Œand avoidworking in the resonance region of dump truck.Combining multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS and finiteelement analysis software ANSYS to establish a mine heavy-duty dump truckRigid-Flexible multi body coupling model. Considering the flexibility of theframeļ¼Œgenerated modal neutral file of the frame in ANSYS and into ADAMSreplace the original rigid frame to establish the vehicle Rigid-Flexible multibody coupling model. Simulation of random road spectrum in theMATLAB/SIMULINK, and then imported into the ADAMS software. In thedynamic simulation, the simulation of the road spectrum has been loaded, to getthe frame in which spectrum of time under the running situation of the loadprocess, as the load spectrum fatigue calculation. Based on the analysis of frame of statics and dynamics, and then based onthe Fatigue property of the frame material S-N curve, carries on the analysisof the total fatigue life of the frame by MSC.Fatigue software. And get thesmallest frame fatigue life to provide a reference for the future design andimprovement of heavy-duty dump trucks.
