With the development of national economy in our country and the implementation of the south-to-north water transfer project, the requirements of the reliability, security and economy for key water control project is becoming more and more important. At present, most of key water control project in our country only have pump station monitoring, system function is simpler and the degree of automation, networking and informatization is not high, which make Management Department difficult to realize the comprehensive control of water resources. So, the integration technology of water conservancy information system is researched and designed. For automatic data collection and control system may be heterogeneous system which uses equipments and solutions from different manufacturers, using OPC and DDE communication exchange data with configuration monitoring software. For not implemented automatic data collection and control of small brake station and culvert, use data acquisition control unit to relize data acquisition and control, and upload the data to the superior management netowork through3G module. Also use Silverlight technology to develop man-machine interactive system based on web way, use Ajax technology to develop mobile browsing program, to realize the dynamic request and refresh of web data.In Chapter1, the background and significance of subject is described, the domestic research situation and development trend are analyzed at present for the integration technology of water conservancy information system, the main research content of the subject is finally introduced.In Chapter2, the water information system architecture is first introduced, then according to the problems existing in the informatization system, the hardware architecture, software architecture and database platform of water conservancy information system are put forward.In Chapter3, first, the basic network structure of data gateway application and data gateway software architecture are introduced. Second, the data access technology based on DDE way is introduced as well as achieving results. Third, the data access technology based on OPC way is introduced as well as achieving results. Fourth, the data access technology based on485way is introduced as well as achieving results. The data access technology through3G networks way is finally introduced as well as achieving results.In Chapter4, the component-oriented development methods is first described. Second, the development method of service software and the Rich Internet Applications(RIA) are introduced. Third, the development of rich client man-machine interaction system is introduced including Silverlight development technology, the program execution mechanism and achieving results. Finally using Ajax technology to develop mobile browsing program, to realize the dynamic request and refresh of web data.In Chapter5, the paper is made the induction and summary, summarizing the research results of the paper, and pointing out the shortcomings and problems which need to be studied further.
