During the development strategy of China’s power transmission from west to east,the southchannel is that hydropower plant electrical energy resources at the junction of GuiZhou、YunNanprovince and themselves are conveyed to GuangDong. The GuiZhou province’s coal resource is rich,and the main energy is supplied by thermal power plant. Because of these large coal-fired powerplants producing excessive fly ash and causing serious pollution to the surrounding environment.The power plant spent a lot of money for the land acquisition and constructed storage sites to disposethe fly ash. The fly ash accumulation not only caused the occupation of land resources, destroy theoriginal ground soil, but also influenced the normal life of local people. What is more, it endangerhuman health in the worst-hit area.The construction of GuiZhou province provides a new measure to solve the problem of fly ashby effectively consuming a large amount of fly ash and enhancing the utilization rate of fly ash. Thispaper relies on the “road of GuiZhou highway fly ash comprehensive utilization technologyresearch” to study the road building material of fly ash, to calculate three types which is the typicalstructure of fly ash embankment form、 lime fly ash stabilized structure of macadam base and flyash concrete pavement structure of fly ash road structural layer of budget quota, to provide referencefor using fly ash as the same type of engineering materials. The main research contents are asfollows:①Collecting fly ash samples of GuiZhou five power plant,doing experiment to research andsummary the physical properties、chemical properties and other engineering properties of fly ash;②Presenting the typical structure of fly ash embankment form, lime fly ash stabilized structureof macadam base, fly ash concrete pavement structure,doing experiment to study and getting the flyash road performance, and calculating the best mix ratio,analyzing its construction technology andstability;③According to the collection of actual consumption data of people、machine、material from theconstruction site,According to the current specification budget ration and highway engineeringbudget quota and other related regulations, draw up and complete the “GuiZhou province highwayfly ash road related norm”;④Comprehensively analyzing the fly ash road construction technology and the significance ofquota research. In this paper, it will be primarily analyzing of the social cultural、environmentalpollution、the use of fly ash for power plants and the economic value of Engineering construction.This paper studied the application of five power plants fly ash of GuiZhou province in highway construction, identified that it is feasible to use fly ash as construction materials in the highwayconstruction. It can not only solve the negative influence of fly ash on the social environment andindustrial development, but also to some extent reduce the construction cost. At the same time, theeconomic development of GuiZhou province and transportation development benefit from it.
