Household refrigerator is essential home appliance product to life, andmuch attention has been paid to refrigerator’s energy consumption problem. Thereare many kinds of refrigerator energy saving methods, such as improving thestructure of the refrigerator, improving the temperature control system and so on, butthey have some deficiencies, such as they are extremely difficult, their workload isbig or their cost is high. When we analyze energy consumption of the refrigeratorthrough the experiment, we need to use the energy consumption test system ofrefrigerator. But energy consumption test system is not easy to maintain, and theirsoftware programming cycle is long.This study includes the refrigerator energy consumption analysis and the test ofrefrigerator energy consumption. On the one hand, it analyzes the influence factors ofenergy consumption of the refrigerator from theory and experiment two aspects, andputs forward a kind of temperature value compensation method; on the other hand,this paper designs an energy consumption test system of refrigerator, to achieveaccurate and automatic refrigerator power consumption measurement. The mainwork revolves around the following five:(1) Refrigerator energy consumption analysis in theory: First, this part analyzesworking principle of refrigerator to obtain refrigerator’s power expressions;according to the structure and running state of refrigerator, the energy consumptionmathematical model of refrigerator is deduced. Through the model this paperconcludes that the energy consumption influence factors of the refrigerator areenvironmental temperature, freezer temperature, working time of compressor.(2) Refrigerator energy test system design: This paper designs a test system ofrefrigerator energy consumption based on virtual instrument. The hardware partincludes constant temperature and humidity laboratory, air conditioning system andcomprehensive test system; the system develops software on LabVIEW platform ofvirtual instruments; the main functions of the system are parameters setting, real-time display, historical data query and remote monitoring.(3)The refrigerator energy consumption analysis through experiment: This partdoes validation experiments of refrigerator energy consumption model. The averagerelative error of refrigerator energy consumption’s calculation value and experimentaltest value is5.1%, and it shows that the energy consumption model is usability.Through the experiment this part sums up that environmental temperature,temperature control position, the refrigerator temperature has more influence onrefrigerator’s power consumption.(4) Research on set value compensation algorithm: This part puts forward a kindof set value compensation algorithm, according to the environmental temperaturevalue, set value, the difference between set value and refrigerator temperature value.According to the characteristics of the refrigerator temperature, this part uses fuzzycontrol algorithm to calculate temperature value’s compensation value. It doesexperiments with MATLAB, and the simulation results accord with the design target.(5) Uncertainty analysis of refrigerator energy consumption’s testing system:The paper uses the GUM department assessment method, evaluates the uncertaintyof the refrigerator energy consumption’s test result, the uncertainty is less than5%,and it indicates that the result of test is reliable.
