Ultra-high-rise Construction Safety Risk

Abstract:Construction is the country’s most dynamic and scale basic industries, and its related industries many larger social impact. In recent years, for a more rational use of limited land resources, the domestic Construction safety accident growing, high-rise buildings have sprung up in the major cities emerge.High-rise building construction safety management has difficulty, extensive coverage, coordination and more features. For the evaluation of super high-rise construction safety risks, this paper mainly from the following four aspects of the study.First, the construction of high-rise buildings in the current context of rapid development, the paper describes the research purpose and significance. And according to purpose of this paper introduces the domestic and foreign construction project safety management, high-rise building construction safety risk assessment of the status quo.Secondly, from the three aspects of the foundation excavation safety risk assessment theory are summarized:First outlines the definition of risk, characteristics and classification; Secondly, it analyzes the high-rise building construction characteristics, and on this basis, elaborated over high-rise building construction security risk definitions and characteristics; Third, elaborated super high-rise building construction safety risk identification, estimation and evaluation of the process and identification methods.Again, this paper constructed high-rise building construction safety risk evaluation index system of principles, analyzes the building evaluation system should follow the steps, and on this basis, to build a high-rise building construction safety risk assessment system. And constructed a target system based on the establishment of high-rise building construction safety Risk Assessment ModelFourth, this paper as the object of a high-rise building, constructed using this evaluation index system and evaluation model, analyses and determines the high-rise construction safety risk level.
