With the growing demand for electricity, power grid construction are alsoconstantly increased, the resulting external conflicts are more than in the ear. Thenatural monopoly of power grid enterprises and common type attribute makes for along time of control system has caused many social contradictions, and even to acertain extent, affected the social stability. How to establish an effective managementsystem with the social from all walks of life force to manage the external conflictproblems in the course of the construction of power grid are becoming a new researchsubject. Therefore, the research in this article has important theory value andpractical significance.The first part, review on the dynamic research and development at home andabroad of external conflicts in power grid construction, tease out the externalconflicts encountered in power grid construction, and concepts were reviewed indepth, in the thorough analysis based on system dynamics in the social each domainapplication situation, proved that the system dynamics in the applicability of theexternal power grid construction project conflict management system.The second part, identify the main body, interest objectives, conflicts of interestpoints and deep-seated causes. Based on the classification grid construction activitiesand analysis phases of grid construction process, summarize the five main conflictbody, five conflict points and five conflict causes.The third part, set up framework model of external conflict management systembased on a logic thinking of "mechanism-content-structure". Depending on thecomplexity and contractual nature of the network characteristics, establish a powergrid construction projects outside the conflict management system structure model,complete the content model and sub-mechanisms relational model.The fourth part, establish system dynamics model of four-dimensionalsubsystem. According to various relational model to build motivation mechanismflow diagrams, constraints, control flow graph, coordination mechanism process flowchart and system flow chart, contribute to the sustainable development of powersupply service system of social management.
