Research On The Information Integration Of Large Scale Engineering Project Based On The Comprehensive Coordination Management

Abstract:In recent years, as foreign and domestic engineering projects tend to be more large-scale, diversified and complicated, project information become to be more and more, and more requirements for information management technology to traditional mode are put forward. In the implementation of the large engineering project, various stages of fragmentation, diversity of participation, complexity of target management content and so on, make difficulty of information management has been gradually increased. Therefore, in order to adapt to the requirements of large engineering project information management, coordinate to deal with project implementation process, participants, target management and other information content, a new mode of information management must to be established, which covers the whole life process of the project, all participants, target control and so on. Because the core of the comprehensive coordination management embodies in the management of comprehensiveness, namely the comprehensiveness of management process, management personnel, management content, which is in conformity with the information management requirements of the large engineering project. Therefore, under the perspective of comprehensive coordination management, the article studies information integration management of the large-scale engineering project.This article first presents the relevant overview of the large engineering project, and tells related content of project coordination management theory and of information integration theory. From the project life cycle, the participants, target control, information elements four angles, the article analyzes the inner link of large engineering project information integration and comprehensive coordination management. Secondly, this paper establishes information integration platform based on comprehensive coordination management in view of the project decision-making, implementation and operation three phases in order to proceed need analysis of project information. Lately, building information integration platform-information integration center, information processing center, information database. Moreover, the paper designs information integration platform security mechanism-mainly introducing project decision-making mechanism, cooperation mechanism, motivation mechanism, support mechanism. Finally, with the examples of Henan Pingzheng highway, the paper analyzes the project implementation information from project process, participants, goals, implementation elements four angles and build information integration platform. From the perspective of comprehensive coordination management, the paper studies information integration management of large-scale engineering project, which is the theory innovation of project information management and coordination management and provides a certain reference value for the future of other research areas.
