Steel Construction Organization Design

In recent decades, the steel structure has been rapid development in the industrial, residential, commercial high-rise buildings. But at present steel structure work is still in an embryonic stage. China Steel will rapidly grow in the next two decades, and the steel will become a pillar industry of China. With China’s rapid development and construction of the steel structure construction technology updates, the project participants focus on optimization of construction scheme and justifiability of construction organization in the market competition. The construction organization design in the construction of enterprise project management is more and more important.Construction organization design in the whole process of the proposed project, is ready from early to final acceptance, plays a role in planning and guidance, and is integrated with the control in one of the technical documentation and economic documents on strategic and tactical projects play a role. With the rapid development of society, science and technology, more and more large-scale projects for the duration of the project, safety, quality, environmental, and cost requirements of the target gradually increased. Under the new situation, the construction organization design projects put forward higher requirements.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction design, construction design is pointed out part of the project management system, and now the majority of construction design construction projects, usually without associated with the construction of the enterprise management system, such as construction other management program design and construction engineering organizations not only lack of proper contact but there are still conflicts and contradictions. And then after summarizing the development and feature of steel structures, the paper describes the characteristics and content of the construction organization design, and how to play its effective project management role. Finally through the building steel structure engineering example analysis the construction organization designs.
