Dawu county retains lots of pattern and relatively intact style of town andvillages, and with a rich historical and cultural heritage. Simultaneously, Dawucountry is the Revolutionary Base hinterland areas of Hubei, Henan, Anhuiprovince. It happened a lot of revolutionary historical events, has a strong redcultural atmosphere, has a rich of revolutionary sites.Papers with a few representative historical towns and villages as researchsubjects, analysis of various elements that constitute the historical towns andvillages of spatial form and each element of interaction on spatial form, and the wayof the various elements constituting mode, refining the features of its spatial form.Proposed the protection methods to its spatial form as a precondition on spacedevelopment.in order to revitalized the vitality for history town and villages ofDawu country.The first part introduces the research results and the status, purpose, meaning,leads relevant research method, and proposes research framework. Thethird and fourth chapter lists the components of village spatial form, analyzes theimpact of social humanity factors and natural factors on rural spatial form. lists theartificial elements that constitute forms of rural space, analyzes spatialcharacteristics of streets, building spatial characteristics. Finally, try to on thepremise of spatial development, put forward different protection methods fordifferent types of villages.This paper analyzes the influences of regional culture, economic factors,geomancy, consanguinity, customs and other social and human factors on spatialscale, settlement site selection, spatial composition and building types.
