Evaluation On The Protection Of Historical And Cultural Villages And Towns In Guangzhou Foshan Area

Historical and cultural villages and towns are unique concepts formed in the process of the protection and development of China's historical and cultural heritage.They embody the humanistic spirit of different regions in the long history and can fully reflect China's regional folk culture and architectural tradition.With the rapid development of urbanization and new rural construction,as well as the lack of social awareness of historical heritage protection,historical and cultural villages and towns have been damaged to varying degrees.In recent years,the state attaches increasing importance to the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns,and has issued a series of protection policies and regulations.In order to save the remaining historical heritage resources,it is urgent to establish a scientific evaluation system for the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns,and find out which measures are favorable in the evaluation process,so as to provide scientific basis for the improvement and adjustment and the protection of other historical and cultural villages and towns.To sort out the research on the protection of historical heritage resources and related postevaluation at home and abroad,and summarize the achievements.After the use of the human settlements environment,the field of evaluation is gradually refined,the methods are diversified,and the evaluation system is more operable.However,in the field of post-protection evaluation research in historical and cultural villages and towns,there are still some defects in subjectivity and small sample range.This paper has improved the evaluation system of historical and cultural protection status of villages and towns,including the construction of evaluation system,establishment of factor weights and determination of evaluation criteria.Taking the construction of a more comprehensive,scientific and reasonable historical and cultural protection evaluation system as the research goal,the big data analysis and text headline source mining technology are used as the means.From the perspective of optimizing the current "China's historical and cultural towns(villages)evaluation index system",based on the research of the team's existing evaluation system,a three-level evaluation factor was constructed.By calculating the sum of the proportions of the etymology associated with each factor in the valid keyword pool,the factor weight is obtained.This method reduces the influence of factors such as small sample range on the weight result.With reference to current national indicators and existing research bases,the evaluation indicators of each factor are established,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods is adopted,while attention is paid to the availability and comprehensiveness of data.On the basis of constructing the evaluation system and standards of historical and cultural protection status of villages and towns,ten historical and cultural villages in Guangfo area were selected as samples to conduct extensive and in-depth empirical research,and the status of sample village protection was evaluated.Summarize the characteristics and practical problems of historical and cultural villages and towns,combine the protection evaluation results of the current villages,find out the relationship between the classification of the protection status and the adopted planning and management strategies,explore the reasons for its formation,and propose the optimization history.Methods and strategies for the protection planning and management of cultural villages and towns.
