Research On Preliminary Design Of Ultra-high-rise Building In The Xiaojianying Street

As the process of urbanlization goes on,,value of the land in the city center rises constantly,since the center is more approachable and more crowded.The redevelopment of inner city is a big subject for everyone in this industry.However,to meet the twin goals of the maximizing the value of urban land and urban space management,every factor in the design must be considered repeatedly.And the necessary sunshine hour and intense traffic just make the design even more challenging.Ultra-high-rise Buildings in city center have a huge impact on city scene,and cost of time and investment is greater than other constructions,therefore preliminary design is rather important.Ultra-high-rise Building of the Xiaojianyin Alley is located in the inner city of Nanjing.The design starts on the situation of the site and the study of the current situation and future of the inner city.First,the possible influence of location and buildings nearby would be considered;then the road and walk-paths would be analyzed.The research on the city center would be mainly about its history,building distribution,skyline and regional function.The study of the history and distribution of buildings focuses on how the city center come to the way it is;the skyline part is to figure out the proper height of new building;and the analysis of vertical function arrangement could give a clue about current type of business.Master plan based on the analysis above guides the city space form in setback,path system,city interface and the development of underground space in the future.As setback is considered,multiple regulations of different cities would be compared;the walking system,based on the site and opening regulations would be analyzed so that the the square and walking area would be figured out.As the sunshine situation is considered,several plans would be compared,so that the ideal model would be concluded.The Preliminary econo-technical norms and format choice will be concluded based on the analysis of sunlight hour,carrying capacity and the contrast of format choice.The design under a specific contest is a validation of econo-technical norms and format choice above.In the whole process,1 hope to find a working method towards ultra-high-rise Building in city center.There are four chapters in this paper.Chapter 1 is a introduction of the current study on ultra-high-rise building at home and abroad.The second chapter is mainly about site,traffic and city center.The third chapter focuses on spatial form of the site,sunshine,and traffic carrying capacity.The forth chapter is about statutory plan,idea,type of business,econo-technical norms,form generation and other technical drawings.
