In recent decades, China’s economic construction achieves fast development, the industry hasgot great progress,and the demand for energy is increasing, so more and more new coal handlinggallery are used to the coal mines and power plants. Currently, There are many advantages in steelstructures coal handling gallery, such as lighted deadweight, high strength, easy to reconstruct, rapidconstruction speed, excellent performances of ductility and seismic resistance, significantintegrated economic benefits with increasing of the quantity and quality of the steel products andimproving of the manufacturing and assembling technique of the steel buildings.Existing coalhandling gallery can’t meet with the needs of the general layout planning of road and across theriver valley, so the construction and research of large span steel structure of coal handling gallerywill become necessary. Owing to the special structural system of coal handling gallery has notstudied systematically by scholars. As seen from the current relevant information, the literature ofdevelopment and application of steel structure coal coal handling gallery new system is relativelyless, especially suitable for large span in recent years. It is an urgent need of research for theenvironment can be used in complex terrain of long span coal handling gallery.The propylaea which is on the top of long span coal transporting trestle is set as the researchobject by using the finite element analysis software-SAP2000, and equivalent deflection ratio is setas the object function in this paper. Adopting modified full stress method, section form, webmember system, support point form and combined member bar arrangement form are used asoptimization variables. Ensuring bars in stiffness and strength to meet the constraints, the influenceof the structure arrangement scheme on deflection-span ratio and the amount of steel are considered.According to the above method to optimize contrast, optimization analysis and scheme comparison are made of the R-R type, C-C type and R-C type of large-span prestressed steel truss, prestressedsteel and concrete composite truss and partially filled coagulation chord truss of prestressedconcrete composite pipe. When prestressed steel and concrete composite truss and partially filledcoagulation chord truss of prestressed concrete composite pipe are applied in long span coaltransporting trestle, it not only achieve good economic, but also show good dynamic characteristicsand seismic response. Especially it is the most outstanding by the use of a part of the chord to pull asingle oblique abdominal pressure rod form and three support points outside profile analysisapplication cables filled coagulation RC prestressed steel concrete composite truss span in the largecoal trestle in the upper part of Corridor.
