| Zhidan Country is located in the northwest of Yanan City of Shaanxi Province.Inorder to further developing regional economies and optimizing the industrial structure,the abundant eneregy products are as breakthrough for building the energy and chemicalindustrial park. Due to the impact of semi-arid continental climate, Zhidan countrysuffers from water shortage. Meanwhile, the severe actual situation as over-exploitedgroundwater, sacrifice the ecological water and squeezing agricultural water hascaused a bunch of serious problems of water environment and drove the constructionand development of Zhidan energy and chemical industrial park into a difficult position.The paper is focusing on the development and optimal allocation of waterresources in Zhidan energy and chemical industrial park. Insisting the principle ofcontrolling groundwater exploitation and expanding utilization scale of unconventionalwater resources, comprehensive development and optimal allocation of unconventionalwater resources were dicussed here. The variances of water quality and quantity foreach way of water demandings in energy chemical industrial park were taken intoconsideration to treat the water resources separately and make dual water supply intoeffect. The mode of water resources optimal allocation in joint with water quality andquantity was proposed. The results show, the recent total water resources in this park is12.39×104m3/d and the forward total water resources is13.39×104m3/d, which canmeet the requirement of both recent and forward water consumption for the energychemical industrial park. The optimal allocation results under different gurantee rates(P=50%, P=75%, P=90%) are as below:(1) P=50%, the recent and forward yield are composed of300m3/d,460m3/d of underground water,3700m3/d,7540m3/d of surface water and4000m3/d,8000m3/d ofrecycled water respectively;(2) P=50%, the recent and forward yield are composed of300m3/d,460m3/d ofunderground water,1700m3/d,3540m3/d of surface water and6000m3/d,12000m3/d ofrecycled water respectively;(3)P=90%, the recent and forward yield are composed of300m3/d,460m3/d ofunderground water,500m3/d,1140m3/d of surface water,7200m3/d,14400m3/d ofrecycled water respectively.The optimal allocation of water resources will play an important role in fulfillinga rational and ordered development for Zhidan energy chemical industry as well asfurther promoting its economic and social development. |
