Construction projects in construction period affected by various factors such as internal risk factors, external risk factors,the project itself is not perfect.Various problems, such as accidents,mass incidents,quality problems, increase in investment,extension of time, often occur.Risk in construction period with a uncertainty and variability, increasing the difficulty of risk control.Based on the construction schedule plan and project properties, dividing the project construction period into several major phases and dividing each phase into several time spans for dynamic risk analysis. By calculating the risk degree of each construction item and allocating to each phase and time span, get overall risk degree,average risk degree and control projects this three indicators of each phase and time span, to control the risk characteristics of the project. The main contents are as follows:(1)The comprehensive use of WBS – RBS,AHP and the risk degree theory,combined with the construction schedule and project properties, puts forward the detailed process of the risk analysis of the project construction period;(2)Through WBS- RBS for project decomposition 、risk decomposition and risk identification;(3)Using expert scoring method and risk degree theory to calculate the risk degree of each level 3 sub-project after project decomposition;(4)According to the construction schedule plan,divide the project construction period into several major phases, then divide each phase into several time spans,which have relative homogeneous time ranges. And allocate each level 3sub-project and its risk degree in each phase and time span;(5)Calculate and analysis the risk characteristics of project in each phase and time span, using the total number of sub-project、overall risk degree、average risk degree and control projects to describe the risk characteristics.(6)Calculate and analysis on shuibuya water conservancy hub project, results show that this method is effective and feasible.
