| The asphalt pavement is more and more favored by people and becoming the main form of road pavement in China for its many advantages such as the driving safety and comfort, low noise, no dust. In the effects of natural factors and vehicle load, the early damage of asphalt pavement brings about the deterioration of service quality and life. Terefore, the choice of asphalt pavement in the life cycle of the appropriate time to implement preventive maintenance is very important. This paper use several kinds of curing materials for research and exploration, hoping to promote the application of the pre maintenance technology for reference.In this paper, the reduction of the aging asphalt by the regenerated reductant were studied through indoor test, and through the penetration depth and reducing effect of combined method to determine regeneration reducing agent in the reduction of test content, the three dosage of 4.8%, 6.0% and 8.0% added to aging asphalt preparation of regenerated asphalt. Through the detection of regenerated asphalt penetration, extension and softening point, studying of five kinds of reducing agent in three dosage of asphalt aging reduction. Test results showed that comparing to the ageing of asphalt, the penetration and extension degree increased of the recycled asphalt with the mixing of five regenerated reductant materials, and the softening point are decreased, which indicated that the five kinds of materials of three indicators of the aging asphalt has certain reduction function,but the reduction effect exist difference.Brushing the five kinds of regenerated reductant material on the forming test specimens to study the effect of reducing agent of asphalt to mixed material on high temperature stability and water stability, the results showed that regenerated reductant has certain effect on the two kinds of properties of asphalt mixture: the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture have declined, the decline rate in general 3.4%~23.3% range; the three kinds of five regeneration reducing agent can improve the water stability of asphalt mixture, improve the range of 1.6%~6.4%, while the other two kinds have no help to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture. Brushing the five kinds of regenerated reductant on the color rut plate to study the permeability of the materials, and the result showed that best permeability depth of the five materials is 2.02 cm. By detecting cutted road test with before and after brushing of permeability coefficient, texture depth and friction coefficient, the following conclusions are obtained: the permeability coefficient of specimen is decreased obviously and reduced 76.4%~91.4% after brushing materials, indicating that regenerated reductant has obvious anti permeability performance; and the structure depth is decreased, indicating that brushing regenerated reductant will reduce the pavement skid resistance.Above all, the use of regenerated reductant on the preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement facilities is beneficial to the pavement performance, but it should be pay attention to improve asphalt softening point and reducing pavement friction coefficient in order to ensure the traffic safety. |
