The efficient transportation network is an important material basis for economic and social development, a comprehensive transportation network system of various transportation modes is the direction of the future of transportation. Transport corridor as the backbone transport network, traveler’s behavior has always been an important topic in the field of traffic behavior research. In order to describe and explain the passenger travel mode choice behavior in the transport corridor, the study from the mechanism of trips to explore the impact of potential psychological factors on travel activities. By analyzing the whole process of the passenger travel, the paper constructs a travel decision-making process model, summarizes the factors that affect the travel mode choice, uses structural equation model to analyze the impact of various unobservable factors on the trip results and the relations between the observable and latent variables. Assuming that behavioral intention affected by perceived value, perceived value affected five factors, namely convenience, comfort, safety, economy and rapidity. And at this level, adding travelers latent psychological factors to the utility function to construct the transportation corridor SEM-MNL integrated model that covers observable and latent variable. Finally, interview surveys have been conducted in chengdu-chongqing transportation corridor. The results showed that goodness of fit of the integration model that added latent variable are better than the traditional model, the accuracy rate is also increased dramatically, latent variables have a significant impact on travelers’ selection decisions. In addition, the standardized structural path results of each travel mode shows that the perceived value have a positive impact on travel intention, an important factor that affects travelers’ choice of the railway is economy and speed, coach travelers prefer the speed and convenience, while those who choose private car travels pay more attention to comfort and speed.
