The transmission of automobile is an important part of automotive driveline,with the next change in car design and fuel economy and driving comfort manipulate the increasing demands of the international situation, the dual-clutch automatic transmission(Dual Clutch Transmission, referred to as DCT)Since its shift fast, smooth, fuel-efficient features, become an important direction of development of the countries of the transmission.Clutch control as a core dual-clutch automatic transmission shift control of the process, the bonding properties of their experimental research is very necessary.DCT’s basic theoretical research on the diaphragm dry dual clutch transmission studies in the process of engaging the shift characteristics of clutch plate, explanations and control characteristics of diaphragm clutch dry dual-clutch transmission in the shifting process. To the structure and working principle dry dual clutch automatic transmission, based on the design and development of the diaphragm type dual clutch transmission test rig, using this test bench bonding characteristics of the shifting process diaphragm clutch DCTs in the pilot study draw some test results.The main contents are as follows.(1) Describes the development situation of dual-clutch transmission, structure type and working principle; describe several key technical issues and current research DCT DCT research.(2) Describes the structure and working principle of friction and wear testing machine for automobile clutch plate friction properties were tested.(3) The system structure and working principle of dual-clutch automatic transmission, an ideal prime mover(AC induction motor) as the power source, design and development of diaphragm type dual clutch transmission test rig.(4) The theoretical analysis dual clutch transmission engagement features two clutch shifting process, and then the pressure during the test in different ways on the clutch, the use of the developed dual-clutch transmission test rig for dual-clutch transmission shift during clutch engaging performance test.(5) Double-clutch transmission on the test data test bench for analysis, processing, and finally come to the bonding characteristics of dual-clutch transmission shift during the clutch.
