With the increasing number of high-rise buildings,the elevator as an indispensable vertical means of transport is widely used in the buildings,so the energy-saving control problem of elevator has been concerned.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the advantages of small volume,low energy consumption,easy to achieve low speed,small current,large torque and others,so it is very suitable for elevator traction motor.In order to ensure the speed,comfort and shorter waiting time of passengers,the parabolic speed curve of elevator is used to meet the needs of passengers.In this paper,the main research is focused on the fuzzy sliding mode control system of PMSM based on elevator.Firstly,the operating characteristics of the elevator,the relationship between the load and the mechanical characteristics of the motor,the structure and characteristics of the PMSM and the mathematical model are briefly introduced.The method of combining Sliding Mode Control(SMC)with Vector Control(VC)is designed,which is applied to the PMSM speed control system.The simulation model is built,and the simulation analysis is carried out.The rapidness and strong robustness of the system are testified,but the own inherent jitter problem of the system is also possessed.The Fuzzy Sliding Mode Control(FSMC)is proposed by combining the fuzzy control with the sliding mode control.Under the advantages of sliding mode variable structure control that there is no need to accurately control the object model,easy to implement,fast response,insensitive to external disturbances and parameter variations.For the sake of reducing the impact of chattering from the source,the good fuzzy rules are designed to cushion the signal of the sliding mode control.The parabolic speed curve of elevator is exerted on the PMSM,and the motor speed curve is studied and analyzed.The design of fuzzy sliding mode controller combined with vector control is applied to the speed control system of PMSM based on elevator,and the system model is built and simulated.The simulation results show that the actual output of the motor is consistent with the expected output of elevator.The good dynamic performance is possessed on the control system,and the control performance of the elevator is improved effectively.It is also proved that the control method is feasible for the intelligent control algorithm of PMSM speed control system based on elevator.That is worth a certain application value.The experimental platform of PMSM speed control system is built with the Myway control system and PE-VIEW software development environment,and the experiment of PMSM speed control system was carried out.In the application of PE-VIEW development environment,the control program of the system is designed and programmed,and the function of the control system is realized on the hardware platform.At last,the effectiveness of the control system is verified by the experimental result.
