The massive concrete structure is widely used in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower. But the problem about temperature crack of massive concrete structures impacts the durability and safety of the structures seriously. In order to control the generation and development of temperature cracks as much as possible, analysis of temperature field and creep stress field of massive concrete structures is very necessary. The caculation and simulation of temperature field and creep stress field of massive concrete strucutres, which provides theoretical support and scientific basic for the rantional design and construction of massive concrete structures, reduces or even avoids conduction of temperature cracks.This article caculates creep stress field of massive concrete based on Age Adjusted Effective Modulus Method. And discuss about one of the important parameters—the value of the aging parameter x.The preparation of a comprehensive program based on the second development of ANSYS is achieved by introducing Age Adjusted Effective Modulus Method, which is used to caculate and simulate the temperature field and creep stress field of concrete. And the feasibility of the program is verfied by numerical examples. With a dam of water projects for the study, the program by the second development of ANSYS is used for the analysis and simulation of the temperature field and creep stress field of the dam in the construcion phase and working phase.The article use the finite element software ANSYS, based on Age Adjusted Effective Modulus Method to the caculate of the temperatural creep stress mass concrete field. The simulation results are basically in line with engineering practice. These conclusions and recommendations set forth for the design and construction of mass concrete structures to provide theoretical support, can also provide some valuable reference design and construction of such structures.
