On the basis of the detailed analysis and research, this paper offers one unique landscape design program along the canal, which based on the analysis of site context of the Canal and Taierzhuang town. In the detailed design program, we provide one new canal wetland landscape, the Grand Canal Culture in southern part of Shandong is its site character, the cherry flowers are the beautiful view in the spring. Propose a set of clear solutions for the integration of historic cultural and wetland landscape and the creation of specific landscape along the canal with local characteristics.
