Cost Control Of Residential Landscape Design

Living area landscape design is being paid more and more attention. The main reason is the occupants themselves in the living landscape requirements increasing, residential landscape environment has become increasingly become an important standard for consumers to identify the residential quality of the product. Therefore,real estate developers in beautifying residential environment, improve the quality of life of residents, more and more attention. However, if only the pursuit of landscape quality and artistic effect, without effective cost control, will eventually lead to the rise in the cost of housing construction, both the developers or consumers, this is no small burden. Therefore, this research through the development status of China’s residential landscape design problems of analysis, explore the cause of residential district landscape by the high cost of main influencing factors, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, put forward to better landscape control cost methods and suggestions. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) the effect of landscape level of cost factors are mainly: Design of spatial layout,material varieties, King soft and hard landscape design ratio.(2) increase the proportion of the soft landscape design design to reduce the proportion of hard landscape, is the main factor of cost control.(3) material selection for site attributes and decide, soft landscape according to plant different specifications different price concept, differences between price comparison, take corresponding control measures. Always make the cost controlthroughout the project. If in the design phase of the project will be able to achieve effective cost control, will be able to maximize the landscape project cost control, namely from the source frugality.
