Study On Strategy Of Distribution Automation And Its Application In Dalian Area

State Grid Corporation is building in the innovative and world’s leading strong and smart grid coordinated development of power at all levels, whose backbone is high voltage power grid. It’s based on information technology, automation technology and interactive technology. Distribution network is one of the important energy carrier and directly faces the community and customers as the end of supply. So, it’s an important part and foundation of the strong and smart grid. Distribution Automation is an important means of implementing the smart distribution network, it can not only greatly improve the distribution network scheduling, production and operation management level, improve power supply enterprise’s economic and social benefits, but also allow customers to directly enjoy the high-quality and personalized service brought by the smart grid.This subject mainly studies the basic principle and the structure of distribution automation system, based on the general situation of Dalian distribution network andthe research of the distribution automation, we summed up the goal of Dalian distribution automation construction, and planned scheme of distribution automation construction of Dalian, and designed to the actual situation and reasonable communication scheme, in order to realize the self-healing function of the power distribution network in the area, and point out some problems which we should take attention to of the construction plan. This paper is expected to provide reference for the construction of distribution automation planning of Dalian.
