With the rapid development of our social economy and the speeding up of urbanization, urban road traffic problems in big cities have become more and more serious, intelligent transport system research has become the focus of current research subject. The emergence of intelligent bus electronic bus stop can not only make the passengers understand the operation of public transport vehicles, but also promote the process bus system of digital information. However, the technology is not so perfect, the electronic stop the display problems, made it to the "decoration" of the city. Therefore, in today’s rapid development of information technology, how to improve the technology to improve the real-time and accuracy of the electronic bus stop is of great significance.This paper mainly studied the design of bus stop electronic control center and the development process. System to Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development environment and data transmission through GPRS network, select VB.NET as a programming language, using SQL Server 2005 as the background database. The whole system is mainly composed of data receiving module, information display module and data distributed module three parts. First, the system first by GPRS network to receive data from the RFID module sent, and the data will be automatically saved to the backstage database; Then, through the software processing packaged useful information and TCP/IP protocol processing through GPRS and Internet network is sent to the corresponding electronic bus stop;In the end, then extract the vehicle position information is sent to by AT89S52 SCM control LED display screen for display.The whole system design is completed through the actual simulation test, the managers can be seen in dynamic display window real-time vehicle information received, LED display module also shows the current vehicle position accurately, a combination of hardware and software to staff more accurate and intuitive grasp of the vehicle information. Query by the software can realize the vehicle monitoring function and convenient to unified management of vehicles and personnel, implements the intelligent transport system.
