Electricity metering is an important field in the production and operation of power systems,and it is related to the economic benefits of power systems.The research and design of the power intelligent meter reading system is also a hot spot in recent years.The remote centralized meter reading system solves the geographical restrictions of meter reading and improves the limitations of traditional power supply methods.Power users will have a variety of power options in the future,which is also an important task requirement in current power industry reform.In order to improve the equipment stability of the current meter reading system and the reliability of remote meter reading data communication,this paper studies and designs a power meter reading intelligent concentrator device based on GPRS communication.Design intelligent meter reading concentrator equipment to replace the energy meter,collector,communication terminal and other equipment of the traditional meter reading system,realize the integration of the traditional metering equipment application layer,optimize the wiring mode of the power metering equipment,and improve the stability of equipment operation of the power system.Based on the research and analysis of the current development status and functional requirements of the current meter reading system,the design scheme of the integrated intelligent concentrator for collecting,measuring and transmitting is proposed.The ATT7022 BU three-phase energy metering chip is used for the analysis and processing of energy data.The paper completes the design of power collection,power data analysis,and GPRS energy data transmission module.On this basis,the concentrator power transcription program design and data processing platform design are completed,and the program optimization design of the concentrator's transcriptiontask management,automatic transcription,relay transcription and GPRS data transmission is carried out.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and performance tests of the system hardware reliability,working environment and technical indicators,and data communication reliability of the concentrator.The intelligent concentrator design using GPRS communication mode can realize remote data transmission of energy metering,and the communication has good real-time performance.The power consumption of the smart meter is small.The currently designed concentrator hardware system has better electromagnetic compatibility.The stability of long-distance energy metering and data communication processes has improved.This paper analyzes the factors affecting system reliability and completes the reliability optimization design of the concentrator system.This paper analyzes and verifies the acquisition function and data measurement accuracy of the concentrator.The data index of 10 consecutive days was analyzed by a dual metering experimental system comparing the concentrator with a high-precision meter.The designed concentrator device can realize the statistics of the energy data of the time-phase,calculate the active power of each period and the reactive power data of the four-quadrant,and can store the energy data of each period,the energy information of each phase,real-time power,power factor,voltage information,current information.The actual active power measurement error of the concentrator currently designed is within ±0.7%,and the reactive power measurement error of the concentrator is within ±1.5%.The current concentrator measurement accuracy of the design is higher than the active 1.0S and the reactive 2.0S metering meter,which meets the requirements for the energy data collection of conventional power users.
