The nonlinear feature of memristor has made it a new circuit exponent to design circuit.Designing chaotic system is a new develpoing direction of chaotic circuit desinging based on memristor. it has a more complicated chaotic characteristic because it is not only sensitive to parameters also depends on the initial values. At present, many chaotic circuits just replace the nonlinear terms in Chua’s circuit with memristor, and most of the study on memristors was limited to numerical simulation, just few hardware circuits realization are realized. So designing superior memristor circuit and doing hardware implementation is meaningful. This paper is as follows:(1) According to characteristics of the Voltage – controlled memristor and Current–controlled memristor, the most simple memristor chaotic circuits are designed only consist of a capicity and a inductance. Later, dynamic analysis is done by this method, and we design the most simple parallel chaotic circuit.(2) Memristor chaotic circuit is designed by using Magnetic-controlled and Double T band elimination filter circuit, and then, dynamic analysis is done. numerical calculation and experimental circuit prove this method to be right.(3) Memristor chaotic circuit is realized by using Continuous by Magnetic-controlled memristor and RC wein,Later, the dynamic characteristics are analyzed.especially, stable characteristics are analyed in order to find uncertanity range of memristor initial values.(4) Memristor chaotic circuit containing Magnetic-controlled memristor and charge-controlled memristor, dynamic analysis is done, numerical calculation and experimental circuit are concident.Four memristor chaotic circuits are designed.
