Constructor’s continuing education is to constantly train the growing team of constructor, to enhance the constructor’s professional and technical level and management ability. Advanced and complete continuing education curriculum system is the security of doing a good job for the constructor’s continuing education. In this paper, the concept and theory of competency is used to construct the future dynamic curriculum system of the constructor’s continuing education.First of all, based on the theory of competency, this article uses literature method, system analysis method to extract constructor’s competency factors for preliminary establishing the theory frame of constructor’s competency. Questionnaire survey method and important degree analysis method, factor analysis method, reliability analysis method, the effect analysis of statistical method are used to validate and adjust the theoretical framework of constructor’s competency model, eventually to establish constructor’s competency model. And then by the expert scoring method to determine the informative of the competency characteristic factors and plasticity and to further analyze the knowledge competency characteristics factors to determine the content of dynamic curriculum system of the constructor’s continuing education. Then introduces the characteristics and connotation, function of the dynamic curriculum system of the constructor’s continuing education and designed a dynamic curriculum system for constructor’s continuing education, including: curriculum structure, curriculum resource, and the evaluation of the curriculum system of feedback and dynamic adjustment function, and designed a network course platform to realize the dynamic curriculum system. Finally, citing the network course platform of Guangdong province’s registered associate constructor to analysis the dynamic curriculum system of constructor’s continuing education.The study can broaden the constructor’s research and application field, enrich the constructor’s related research contents and results. To build the dynamic curriculum system of constructor’s continuing education provides reference for overcoming the difficulties of traditional education and designing constructor’s continuing education curriculum.
