Analysis Of The Seismic Performance Of High-Rise Frame Core Wall Structure

With the rapid economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization, high-rise buildings continue to emerge out of, or even many high-rise structure. With the increasing use of function, living comfort has been paid more and more attention, the building structure is also more complex, more irregular buildings appear in our lives.The frame core tube structure is the common form of high-rise building structure,in this paper, based on a practical commercial complex in Hefei as the research object,selects the frame core tube structure to establish headquarters building analysis model.Seismic performance analysis of structure by using finite element analysis software SAP2000, according to the results of the analysis of seismic performance of building structures are evaluated. The main work is as follows:1.This paper introduces the main structure and the seismic design methods, and the basic principle of static elastic analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis, and then the structure of elastic analysis, pushover analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis;2.According to the analysis results, combined with the specification requirements,seismic performance assessment, to take effective measures to ensure the seismic,seismic performance of structure to meet the target;3.Simple analysis on the fire resistance performance of the structure, the research mainly focus on the single component on the fire resistance of the building after the fire, based on the structure of the seismic performance of a simple analysis, to ensure that the seismic performance of the structure after the fire;4.Through the above work on the issues and problems are discussed, and put forward some suggestions, and provide some reference for the similar construction, but also more in-depth understanding of the methods of anti-seismic performance, and to study and work to lay the foundation for their future.
