Project management is a widely used discipline,can be discussed from different angles,this paper,from the preparation of project schedule implementation and control aspects,according to the actual situation of project,the project management of SJ Shengjian machinery factory air conditioning system engineering as the research object.Based on the theory and method of project schedule management,combined with the on-site construction progress of air conditioning engineering in SJ Sheng Jian Machinery Plant,this paper expounds how to reasonably use the progress plan and control and schedule management process in project management in engineering practice.This paper is mainly divided into four parts,the first part introduces the research background and significance,and on the basis of literature review introduces the related theories of project management and the methods of research on schedule plan and control in SJ construction machinery factory air conditioning engineering project;the second part introduces the current situation and influence SJ Shengjian machinery factory air conditioning project factors of the project schedule,and discusses how to reduce the impact brought by these factors;the third part according to the relevant methods of project management,to determine the work breakdown structure,clear logical relationship between,making the network chart,critical path selection method is applied to the other SJ Shengjian machinery factory air conditioning project schedule plan,and how to ensure the implementation of the project schedule are discussed;the The four part analyses the implementation and control of the progress plan of the air conditioning project of SJ Sheng Jian Machinery Plant.On this basis,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)the determination of the scope of work is the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of the project schedule.This requires that when the contract is signed,the contents must be clear and the responsibilities are clear.(2)the project schedule must follow certain principles and methods,the project schedule is determined,to clarify the key path of each node in the working time directly affect the progress of the project,so the project operation process,need to focus on key activities,to speed up the progress ofthe project is to key nodes to time,on the other hand,the key activities of the extension will bring delays.(3)the project schedule needs to be performed in a certain project,the project schedule plan is actually a detailed construction plan,the construction work plan with the need in practical work according to the actual situation according to the scientific method to make some adjustments in the adjustment process,must in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts,in order to solve the problem,for the purpose of ensuring the project schedule as the goal,and actively communicate with related parties.(4)generally speaking,the control of project schedule is carried out in three stages,including early stage,middle stage and late stage.Different stages have their own characteristics and are related to each other.This control is a dynamic process,and it needs to be controlled at any time.In short,the scientific development of scientific progress plan and control progress,factors of uncertainty reduction in the project,based on the engineering quality assurance,according to the budget,to ensure the project completion time,improve engineering market competition ability,improve the management level of the enterprise engineering units.Taking the air conditioning engineering of SJ Sheng Jian Machinery Plant as the research object,combined with the progress plan compilation,schedule execution and schedule control method in project management,it provides an important basis for the schedule management of the project,and has important promotional significance for other projects as well.
