With the rapid development of the communication field,China has made remarkable achievements in the field of GPRS information transmission.With the application of general wireless packet service(GPRS)technology to realize remote meter reading in the power industry,the obtained information data is more accurate and the network stability is higher.At the same time,GPRS technology is carried on the GSM platform,the construction of the platform so that GPRS does not need to build its own communication lines,so that the construction cost of the power remote meter reading system greatly reduced.It is very suitable for the information transmission application of the power industry in Tibet with vast territory,complex terrain and small population density,and can effectively solve the problems such as high meter reading cost for power users in Tibet,delayed feedback of specific fault information,and imbalance between supply and demand of power load.Building a gprs-based data analysis and monitoring system for power remote meter reading system in remote areas of Tibet conforms to the development philosophy of state grid corporation of China to build a "strong smart grid".With the help of GPRS technology and SOA architecture,the power remote meter reading system is built.Firstly,the system needs to be analyzed,and then the design of terminal software is completed.The application design of GPRS technology,information transmission protocol,data storage technology and SOA architecture in the system is interpreted one by one,and its process is designed.Second will build the power remote meter reading system in real-time monitoring,timely reporting,data storage and wireless communication technology,build system of the main "two platforms and two centers",designing the data acquisition system,cost control management,network connection and data processing module,thus the information users of electricity to a monitor,and shall be collected.Then according to specific cases,the power system using this technology can effectively complete automatic meter reading,warning users,data analysis,power control,damaged line monitoring and other tasks.Pilot in specific practice,the data acquisition and transmission are able to meet the demand of accuracy and timeliness of the reality,at the same time,in the face ofextreme weather and other factors interference has strong resistance ability,and have power to record and analysis,real-time monitoring,automatic meter reading,settlement and alarm,line loss analysis and reports and power remote start function,etc.,by verifying discovery system functionality and system functional requirements to maintain unity.The design of this system can effectively help state grid Tibet power company to realize remote monitoring of users' electricity information and monitor users' electricity status,so as to rationally allocate power resources,further improve the work efficiency and management level of China's power grid,and build a more mature and complete power grid system in China.
