The Comparison And Application Of Green Building Assessment Criteria In China,the United States And The United Kingdom

Green building has become the focus of the development of China's construction industry,and green building assessment criteria's guidance and evaluation can effectively promote the development of green buildings,but there are shortcomings in the actual implementation,so the green building assessment criteria's improvement has important practical significance.In recent three years,domestic and foreign green building assessment criteria have released the latest version,of which China's green building assessment criteria has the first amendment after 8 years,so comparing the development of domestic and international criteria is necessary,can help the follow-up revision and development.First of all,this paper expounds the development of green building assessment criteria,as well as the current situation of domestic and foreign research,paying attention to the problem of the domestic and foreign green building assessment criteria's latest revision.This paper compares and analyses China's green building assessment criteria GB/T50378-2006 version and 2014 version,the United States' LEED 2009 version and V4 version,the United Kingdom's BREEAM 2011 version and 2014 revision,summed up their respective characteristics of development and change.Then,based on the revision of the latest version of the green building assessment criteria of China,the United States and the United Kingdom,this paper has carried out horizontal comparison and analysis from the macroscopic level and micro level to answer the question of the inspiration from the domestic and foreign green building assessment criteria's revision.This paper summarizes the nine main paths of the optimization of China's green building assessment criteria and classifies them from the participant,reflects the extension of the green building concept extension,and puts forward the necessity of building in the standard coordination mechanism and management mode.Finally,this paper discusses a practical application of the criteria,and selects the green city criteria to discuss.At present,China's national green city criteria has not yet been officially released,can be properly optimized,integrated and simplified.Urban design is an important stage of green city criteria application.This paper summarizes 18 strategies that should be selected and implemented in the urban design process.Through the case study of urban design project of Pazhou,Guangzhou,this paper explores the practical application and gives the feedback suggestion.Combining longitudinal comparison and horizontal comparison method,this paper summarizes the optimization paths of China's green building assessment criteria system comprehensively,and shows the future development directions clearly.The research of this paper can provide help and reference for the continuous optimization and follow-up revision of the green building assessment criteria and the green eco-city assessment criteria in China,and have reference value for the development of green building industry,related research and design practice.
