Research On5S Management Of Company A Construction Site

Construction site is creating interests for enterprise directly; it is an important part of construction enterprise management. It reflects the engineering contractor’s management level directly, but the construction site management problems even emerged endlessly. For example, construction period delay, poor quality, slack off work and the phenomenon such as safe hidden trouble etc. In this paper, through investigation of company A construction site, it develops a set of5S management method that suitable for its development.First of all, through the on-site investigation and personnel interview, summarize the content and characteristics of the construction site management, and analyze the problems existing in the construction site comprehensively. Further, from the perspective of the project construction enterprise management, it discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementation of5S management activities, the implementation of5S management activities is not only good for the work environment, but also enterprise image improvement. Then, the typical building engineering construction enterprise5S management methods are analyzed and summarized by literature analyses, and on the basis of the advanced experience, to provide methods for the construction site5S management schemes for reference. Finally, we combined5S management theory with the actual situation in this company, use PDCA circulation method to plan general steps of5S management, and make the content of5S management as well as the inspect standards, to provide the inspection basis for5S management future effect check. In addition, this article puts forward the corresponding security measures for implementation difficulties, to ensure the5S management activities carry out smoothly.
