Project Control has always been an important part of project management, sincethe efficient, reasonable, and the whole processing project control is able toeffectively manage and control the project process, which plays a role in shorten theconstruction period, save resources, and reduce costs. With the continuousdevelopment of non-standard industry and increasing competition in the market, project schedule control requirements are also increasing. A successful projectschedule control process requires not only a shorter duration, but also requires lowercosts and more reasonable resource planning. Currently, non-standard equipmentmanufacturing projects of most companies are conducted in multi-project, and thelimited supply of resources to control the progress of the project put forward higherrequirements, where process control under multiple projects in parallel also becomesmore important. Traditional project progress control methods, such as: critical pathmethods, PERT, selecting algorithm, are hard to meet the process controlrequirements of parallel implementation of multiple projects. It appears a lot ofproblems, such as duration postponed, cost increasing and resource conflicts, makingmany parallel projects hard to be all completed on time.Based on this, the thesis puts non-standard equipment manufacturing company--A company as research background. After analyzing the existing problems ofcompany’s projects process control, it puts forward many new multi-project progresscontrol method, which is CCM multi-project progress control method. This methodnot only takes into account resource constraints, but the foundation of buffermechanism can greatly reduce project risk, and effectively manage process controlunder parallel multi-projects.The thesis is divided into six parts: The first part is introduction; followed by anoverview of related theories, which are CCM, multi-projects management and processcontrol under multiple parallel projects. The third part is about the analysis ofproblems and their reasons under process control of A company’s multiple parallelprojects. The forth part is the focus of this thesis, in which the author studies processcontrol program of multiple parallel projects, introduces the establishment andmethod of process control based on CCM of parallel multi-projects, and draws theprocess control flow chart; the fifth part is an evaluation of the method used in Acompany and summaries the implementation of the conditions, safeguards and implementation results; the last part is a summary of the contents of this paper and anoutlook of it.The research process of this thesis is processed at angel of non-standardindustrial robot standing, and it studies one company. I hope the results of this thesiscan efficiently solve process control problems in non-standard multiple parallelprojects, and provide a theoretical reference ofn the control of multiple projects inparallel.
