The Comparison Of Green Building Evaluation Standard In China And South Korea

Green building has become the mainstream of world architecture development, many countries have established mature green building evaluation system, and in the development of green building and practice has accumulated rich experience.The development of the green building evaluation standard in China and South Korea started relatively late, and both of them have draw lessons from the evaluation standard of Europe and America, and also the energy consumption of the two countries both belong to the emerging Asian powers,and facing the same problem in energy demand and environmental protection.All of this makes the standards will have strong commonality, make an analysis of South Korea’s green building evaluation system has a strong guiding significance for the development of green building in China. However, on the cognition of G-SEED, our understanding is relatively lack.Paper expounds on the green building evaluation system of South Korea, and from many aspects has carried on the detailed comparative analysis with our country green building evaluation standard.First of all, from the development of standards, certification organization and process, the certification status, legal system and incentive policy, etc., make a whole learning of the both sides of the green building evaluation standard between the two countries, and draw lessons from South Korea standard system in the mechanism and policy, give suggestions in improving China’s green building assessment system and mechanism.Second, make an further understanding of China’s green building evaluation standard in revision change.China’s new "green building evaluation standard" of GB/T 50378-2014 is the revision of the green building evaluation standard of GB/T 50378-2006, from four aspects in building type, evaluation stage, the evaluation index system, and assessment format, briefly analyzes the revision of the standard change, and then through a residential building of actual engineering case of baoding city, analyses the standard revision differences before and after the evaluation, through the difference make an understanding of the revised thoughts and context in China’s green building assessment system.Then, make an understand of Korean green building evaluation system, and from all aspects make an overall contrast with green building evaluation standard system in our country.Combined with South Korea’s green building certification standard (G-SEED) and the rules of the green building certification, a careful analysis of G-SEED evaluation system in Korea is maded,and from five aspects in organization management form, evaluation object, index system, evaluation methods and index weight, made an detailed interpretation of the differences and similarities between the two countries, and reasonable improvement suggestions were put forward.Finally, make an further analysis of the hvac professional related energy saving index and indoor environment quality index.In energy efficiency indicators, combined with South Korea "building energy efficiency design standard" and "standard of building energy efficiency level certification", detailed analyses the energy-saving evaluation index of South Korea’s G-SEED,and discovered the relation between the two countries in the energy-saving evaluation index, and then from buildings and retaining structure, heating ventilation and air conditioning, lighting and electrical, energy comprehensive utilization four aspects, analysis on the comparison were maded,and we discovered that the energy-saving evaluation index of the two countries respective focus. Combining the situation of the two countries, we analysz the reason in the differences of the indicators focus, and put forward improvement opinion aiming at deficiency, for our country to provide reference for further perfect of green building evaluation system.From the indoor environment quality indicators, air quality, acoustic environment, light environment, the thermal wet environment, comfortable environment, five aspects of the index been made an contrast, and refer to American LEED v4 EQ environmental quality index, analyzes the deficiency of indoor environment index in our country,and also further revision reference opinions were put forward.
