Study Of Green Technology For Railway Freight Vehicle Body Manufacturing

Green manufacturing is the important characteristic for the development of manufacturing industry in the 21st century, and study on the correlative theories has become focus in recent years. Railway vehicle manufacturing has held a very great proportion in the manufacturing industry fields, so that green technology study is carried out to manufacturing technology of the railway vehicle body. Not only high energy consumption and pollution is improved to railway vehicle manufacturing, but also it is significant to implement the sustainable development.In this paper, on the basis of integrated lots of references on the domestic or abroad, according to green manufacturing thought, in direction of the traditional railway vehicle body manufacturing technology, green technology is studied to railway vehicle body manufacturing technology.Traditional technology of body manufacturing is studied according to the main characteristic, traditonal technology project and technology request. Taking C70 open freight vehicle as an example, existing shortage of traditional technology is specifically analyzed, and after summary and induction, demand improving and specific technology was put forward by green manufacturing mode manufacture railway freight vehicle body.(â…°) Study is carried out to the recycling of discard material in the process of new body manufacturing and the body disassembly design based on green manufacturing principle. First of all, the recycling current situation of emerging discard material is analyzed during the body production, the correspond recycling strategy is put forward and economic benefit assessed. Secondly, the recycling layering structure sequence planning model of the disassembly design of the body is established and the design method based on the disassembly recycling treatment is put forward and establish economic benefit assessment model of disassembly recycling treatment is established to discard body. Finally, it is implemented from the body beam before-after boards pedestal based on the disassembly design theory of the recycling and the effectiveness and feasibility of the theory is verified.(â…±)By constructing system structure of the green cold stamping processing technology during the railway freight vehicle body manufacturing and the analyzing of cold stamping processing current situation, the cold stamping processing technology is carried out green study that mainly analyze resources consumption and the effect to environment in cold stamping processing, and determine the corresponding green improvement measures.(â…²)By studying Matlab, fuzzy mathematics and green degree evaluation method, evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive layering analyzing is established based on Matlab procedure designing, and green technology is carried out green degree comprehensive evaluation during the manufacturing process of railway freight vehicle body.
