Central heating is a multivariable, strong coupling and long time delay andnonlinear complex systems, including the heat output of the heat source and heat areasonable allocation of hot net. Traditionally, the heat source and heat net mostlyused decentralized controlling, but this control lead to unreal-time, inaccurate anduncomprehensive integrating analysis the operation of the heat source and heatnetworks. There are a lot of problems in the actual heat operation, such asinadequate heating, unequal distribution of heat, lack of centralized managementand energy serious waste, which limits the development of district heating to someextent. Above issues, this paper analyzed and improved the central heating systemfrom theoretical studies and practical applications.Firstly, for the current problems of urban heating, the coordinated andoptimization control strategy of central heating is proposed. The strategy combineheat source control with heat net to achieve unified deployment, coordinatedoperation, achieved the effect of intelligent heating. Then it explained the controlstructure and processes of coordinated and optimization system from theoreticalresearch aspects.Secondly, through the analysis of boiler combustion control works, wind coalratio for dynamic self-optimization of combustion optimization control strategyadjustment was proposed. Then, based on distributed control system, boilerhardware and software was designed. At last, In order to achieve optimal control ofthe boiler, the PC monitoring system was developed and designed.Thirdly, based on the operation principle and control principle of heatexchange station, the control strategies of PID-self optimizing for the purposeabout secondary supply and return average temperatures and the control strategiesof pump frequency for the purpose about energy conservation were proposed. Thenused the ForceControl, the optimal monitoring system interface of heat exchangestation was designed. The system uses the ADSL-Internet communicationsnetworks and Siemens Climatix controller’s real-time parameters of field devicesfor dynamic display and integrated treatment.Finally, the paper provided the specific implementation measures of coordinated control, and established a match relational model of the heat sourceand heat network and model of uniform distribution of heat. Then used of OPCnetworks, configurated OPC server and client to achieve coordination optimalcontrol system about data connect of boilers and heat exchange station monitoringsystem. Finally, according to the actual operating results of analysis, it provedcoordination optimal control with good energy saving effect.
