Research On The Subway Construction Safety Management Based On Worker’s Unsafe Behavior

Due to the complexity of the construction of subway engineering,there is a high risksubway project and a high accident rate.In the recent years,with the rapid development of thecity,major cities increase investment in subway construction.But there are also many problemson the subway incident management such as management means are not scientific enough,measures are not in place and other issues.Statistical analysis to the reason that domesticsubway accident happened showed that human reason is the main cause to subway accident,recent research on subway construction safety management mostly concentrate onconstruction technology,risk management and so on,lacking of human factors management.Therefore,in order to control the occurrence of subway construction accidents fundamentally,there is a need to strengthen the management of human factors on the subway constructionmanagement.At present,the worker’s unsafe behavior management in China and abroad in other areashas achieved some success,so the management in the unsafe behavior of human can be usedfor subway construction methods.The key to unsafe behavior management is to determine themechanism of unsafe behavior.According to research,behavior is generated by cognitive,cognitive failure will cause unsafe behavior.Therefore,from the perspective of cognitiveconfirmation mechanism of unsafe behavior,the unsafe behavior mechanism that influencefactor,finally use the behavior theory to carry on the management to the influencing factors.As the workers scene environment directly affects the behavior,the unsafe behaviormanagement is mainly about the scene environment management,which can be moreconvenient and more efficient to implement the prevention of unsafe behavior.Specificprocess is as follows:Firstly,determine the mechanism of human unsafe behavior.Study on cognition,determine cognitive model trough literature research, investigate the causes of cognitivefailure by cognitive model, and determine the mechanism of unsafe behavior.Secondly, confirm factors of human unsafe behavior.Study the mechanism of unsafebehavior,every aspect of unsafe behavior mechanism will result in unsafe behavior.Discussthe failure reasons if each link mechanism of unsafe sexual behavior,then discuss the factorsthat will affect the unsafe behavior of subway construction workers.Finally,according to the influence factors of unsafe behavior,use the behavioral theory tocarry on the management to it.The scene environment directly stimulates to have directstimulation,resulting in stimulation of human behavior.This paper use reactive control theory,reinforcement theory,social learning theory is put forward at the scene environment onworkers management measures,prevent and control the unsafe behavior of human for subwayconstruction. According to cognitive science and behavior theoretical tools,factors affecting the unsafebehavior of worker in the subway construction are discussed.In this paper,further deepeningof subway construction mechanism explained the unsafe behavior of subway constructionmechanism,confirmed the influence factors of unsafe behavior of subway construction,andproposed management measures on unsafe behavior.This paper largely avoids or reduces theincidence of unsafe behavior due to human caused subway construction accident.
