Research On The Improvement Strategy For Rural Human Settlements Of Yancheng

With the rapid development of society and economy of Yancheng, new changes havetaken place in the conditions of material life of the peasants. To improve the living conditionsand living environment has become a pressing concern of the peasants. At present, the scale ofthe rural residential land and the number of rural residential of Yancheng is increasing day byday. However, restricted by various factors of the rural socio-economic conditions, landsystem and farmers’ cognitive degree, the rural housing construction, the environmentconstruction, infrastructure construction and other human settlements construction projectconstruction of Yancheng should be strengthened and farmers’ overall living quality to beimproved. Therefore, at the time of the change for rural industrial development of Yancheng,to explore effective improvement strategy for Yancheng rural human settlement problems inenvironmental development is particularly important. The thesis summarized and analyzed thedevelopment status of rural human settlement of Yancheng on the basis of the actual situationinvestigation, and thus proposed a targeted, feasibility and operational improvement strategy.The core content of the thesis is as follows:First of all, the thesis combed the development of theory research on the rural humansettlements and summarized the practice cases of rural human settlements construction athome and abroad, providing a theoretical guidance and reference for rural human settlementsconstruction of Yancheng.Then, based on the actual state of research and questionnaire interviews in20samplevillages within the eight counties of Yancheng, the thesis introduced the level of economicdevelopment, planning and construction, environmental construction and farmers housing willof20villages. In combination with the basis of data analysis of20villages, the thesissummarized the status and development characteristics of rural human settlements ofYancheng, and then analyzed the problems and contradictions that exist in the development ofrural human settlements of Yancheng.Finally, the thesis researched the improvement of rural human settlements of Yanchengfrom the policy, technology and other aspects, and proposed effective improvement strategies.The thesis focused on addressing the following questions: the scientific decision-making and guidance of rural construction; the targeted research on the related technology of ruralplanning and construction; the technical support of rural residential construction; cultivatingthe rural long-term management mechanism.The thesis based on the2012annual key project of construction department of Jiangsuprovince (Project number: JS2012zx01-12).
