A Certain Airplane Flight Control System Training Simulator Design

Our task is to design a certain flight control system training simulator. That simulator can be used for training the ground duty personnel who serve for a digital flight control system maintenance. Can greatly raise the training efficiency. This training simulator can carry out a certain flight control system ground galvanized check, function adjustment, typical breakdown constitution and exclusion...etc. This set of equipments has already been created and placed into a tryout stage.In this paper we described in detailed the simulator’s design intention, method and realization of the hardware and software. Firstly, we introduce the whole structure of the simulator and the partial of it,then we analyze the allied relation between the flight control system and the other equipment, interface characteristic and ground galvanized check. At this foundation, we carry on a soft and hardware design to the simulator.In this research project we designed some special modules such as synchro card. It used special D/A (axis angle converter) to make conversion between the analog singnals related to angle and its digital counterpart,thus replace the inertial navigation system to provide flight parameters for the flight control system.In this research project we introduce scene simulation. Scene simulation software receive data through a network, so the simulation system has the ability of displaying the whole course of flight.The simulation platform has been developped in Visual C++universal development system, which has compact interface、simple operation approach and good hardware expansibility.
