Foundation pit engineering project in the construction process will inevitablyencounter many problems, this creates risks, these risks will normally make foundationpit engineering construction quality affected, increase the construction cost and delaythe construction period. Combined with the characteristics of the foundation pitengineering itself: large investment, long construction period, technical difficulties,such as sensitivity to the environment. Let the risk in construction of foundation pitengineering become more difficult to control. Based on this, this paper mainly studiedthe foundation pit engineering project construction risk management.In this paper, system research the theory of foundation pit construction project riskmanagement. In considering the foundation pit engineering project construction, on thebasis of its own unique characteristics, combined with engineering project riskmanagement theory, summarized suitable for construction of foundation pitengineering project risk management theory method. Focus on the three stages of riskmanagement are studied, including risk identification, risk assessment and riskresponse, and expounds the risk management of the content of the three different stages,the specific steps and its theoretical tools used. On the evaluation model of research,this article combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) can get the weight of risk factors,using the subjective experience and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can be avery good treatment is not very clear, hard to define variables. Both the binding energyof a better evaluation of foundation pit engineering project construction risks, both tomake comprehensive evaluation model of science, and convenient to apply it topractice.This article chose a engineering example to study on foundation pit projectconstruction risk. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of thefoundation pit engineering comprehensive risk identification methods are used to thefoundation pit engineering construction, which can identify risk factors and thenaccording to the different risk impact of risk factors. Different risk influence is five riskcriteria: quality risk, cost risk, schedule risk, safety risk and environmental risk. These risk factors from occurring in the process of foundation pit engineering projectconstruction, the identified risk more accurate, and more practical. On the basis of riskidentification, the next step is the construction of foundation pit engineering project riskevaluation. This is a very important research content, this article provide the importantreference value for risk management. First weight was calculated by the analytichierarchy process (AHP) to the five risk guidelines, this is to get the whole foundationpit engineering project construction from the perspective of macroscopic level of risk.Then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to get the weight of each risk factor of riskguidelines. These two kinds of weights used judgment matrix is obtained with expertscoring. The need to use the expert’s experience theory, but also has the insufficientplace, is too subjective. If other non-human factors for quantitative data, draw ajudgment matrix, the conclusion will be more ideal. In different levels of the weight ofall kinds of risk factors, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk.This evaluation model considering the risk possibility and risk loss, the use of the fuzzymembership functions to draw five different risk grade of membership degree. Thesedifferent risk grade of membership degree of fuzzy matrix, and then in front of theweight vector of fuzzy operation, and can be concluded that the risk level of differentrisk factors. This gives the construction provides a good reference of risk management.Of course, this is also the focus of this article. Based on the analysis of the riskassessment, the paper finally puts forward some Suggestions of risk response.
