| In this paper, risk management theory, factor analysis model, AHP and othertheories and methods related to such fields as systems science, management and appliedstatistics have been integrated and used. Based on many years of practice andexperience, the identification, assessment, response and security mechanism of key riskfactors in gold-mine deep-shaft project are deeply and systematically studied.First of all, identify key risk factors for the implementation of gold-minedeep-shaft project, through collecting document research and site data and risk analysisaccording to the theory of man-machine-environment-management.Secondly, establish assessment indicator system of gold-mine deep-shaft project,evaluate the implement risk for gold-mine deep-shaft project, preliminarily solvequantitative evaluation of risk factors for gold-mine deep-shaft project,sort the key riskfactors, provide a basis for countermeasures of risks for gold-mine deep-shaft project.Thirdly, analyze the control and response strategies for risks in the constructionphase of gold-mine deep-shaft project by sorting the key risk factors; establish key risksmanagement security system of in terms of man, machine, environment, management.Finally, based on the living example of deep-shaft project in Jinqingding diggingsof Shandong gold Jinzhou Company, AHP is used for risks management, and putforward the corresponding control measures aims at the key risk factors of thegold-mine deep-shaft project. This paper provides reference value for similar projects inthe future and has a certain guiding significance for gold-mine deep-shaft project. |
