| As one introduced from abroad emerging edge discipline, risk management, currently have a more extensive research in many fields, but the study of risk management is still in its infancy in large engineering high-speed rail and other related projects in the field, At present, the risk management in China’s high-speed rail-related projects in the field is still lags far behind compared to the developed countries, Concerned the present study existing literature in this aspect to be improved and perfected, while the development of the construction quality of the project and progress requirements are getting higher and higher, more and more difficult to implement the project, risk factors become extremely complicated, Scientific risk management has become the key to security the projects that can be successfully completed when implement the project process, Therefore, this paper takes the GSG high-speed rail XRL project as the object of the study, to study the risk management of the project implementation phase.Firstly, on the basis of risk management in domestic and international research, we combine the project implementation stage theory of risk management and review the definition of risk, risk classification and the formation mechanism, and then introduce the common methods of risk analysis and risk analysis processes.Then, based on the high-speed rail GSG XRL project we proposed the characteristics on technical standards for the project implementation phase complex, high quality standards and the of large engineering tasks, then we recognize the project implementation phase by using risk scenario analysis, to identify a large category 5 risk factors affect the project, and detailed qualitative analysis of risk factors for these five categories;After that, we combine the conclusion of the specific circumstances of risk identification and XRL GSG high-speed rail project, so as to construct a risk assessment system which is consisted by five one risk indicators and 16 secondary indicators of risk composition, and risk analysis and hierarchical 16 a risk factor for qualitative And we use the analytic hierarchy risk analysis method to carry on the qualitative and the quantitative analysis to the 16 risk factors, obtains this project comprehensive risk appraisal result.The results show that the progress of planning is unreasonable, and the raw materials or equipment is not up to quality,and the inspection system is imperfect, the communication and information transmission is poor, and the workload is heavy and complex process, and the technical preparation is inadequate and lack of funding,these 7 factors are key risk factors for the project. This paper presents a key risk for the more detailed risk control strategy, and propose measures to implement dynamic risk monitoring in order to ensure the effectiveness of project risk management. |
